Al-Wabil urges all subscribers to register quickly to take an advantage of Asharqia Chamber's portal services.

1130 establishments are listed in the Electronic Services Portal of Asharqia Chamber.

The preliminary data showed that 1130 companies and establishments registered in the electronic services portal of Asharqia Chamber in the first month since the Chamber launched its electronic services in early January.

Companies that are registered in the portal have benefited from existing services such as printing of documents, requests for activation of letters of visit issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and requests for recruitment addressed to the Ministry of Interior. They also benefited from various commercial services provided by the Chamber such as competitions, re-exports, and applications for participation and renewal.

The Secretary General of the Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabil, urged companies and establishments (that are from the Chamber's subscribers) to register for the portal services, which allows business representatives to obtain all the direct services provided by the Chamber. This is in order to reduce the time and effort and facilitate the work of the establishments.

Al-Wabil pointed out that the launch of the portal is in correspondence with the continuous development status that the Chamber is going through in the provision of services to its subscribers and the business sector in general.

The portal includes 34 direct services for subscribers (16 main services and 18 other sub-services) including certification and commercial services, ratification of documents and certificates as they are certified through high-reliability procedures.

In addition, the Chamber is preparing next month to launch the second phase of the E-Services project, which is the exclusive purpose of completing a limited range of services through the E-Services portal.

The Chamber has carried out many procedures in order to reach a high level that enables it to provide the service with the required standards. First of all, the chamber chose the appropriate programs and applications, and paid attention to qualify the workforce to deal with them. It also worked to acquaint the participants with the details and mechanisms of benefiting from the services in order to complete the process with complete ease and clear transparency in order to avoid any obstacles on the electronic side. Therefore, "The User Guide for the e-Services Portal" has been issued to inform participants about the mechanism for obtaining the required services. This guide is available on the official website of Asharqia Chamber.
